Chemical Engineer – Water Treatment & Swimming Pool (Technical)

The Chemical Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise, sales support, and business development in the fields of water treatment and swimming pool solutions. The role involves identifying customer requirements, recommending suitable water treatment chemicals and swimming pool systems, conducting technical assessments, preparing quotations and proposals, and developing strong business relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and facility management companies. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in chemical engineering, water treatment processes, and swimming pool water chemistry, combined with proven experience in technical sales and business development. • Technical Engineering – Water Treatment & Swimming Pools • Technical Sales & Business Development • Project & Customer Support • Product Knowledge & Technical Development • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Water Treatment Engineering, or a closely related discipline is preferred. • Additional certification or training in Water Treatment Technology, Swimming Pool Water Chemistry, or Chemical Safety is an advantage. • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in water treatment, swimming pool chemicals, or technical sales within the UAE market. • Previous experience in technical sales, customer relationship management, and business development is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of water treatment chemicals and their applications. • Good understanding of swimming pool water chemistry, water testing, and chemical dosing. • Knowledge of filtration, circulation, disinfection, and water treatment systems. • Ability to conduct water analysis and recommend suitable treatment programs. • Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals. • Strong technical sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparation of quotations and technical reports. • Excellent communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. • Strong technical and commercial understanding. • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel for customer visits and project inspections. • UAE Driving license require • Male Candidate only. • Candidates should currently be available in the UAE. • Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
