Chef - Head of Stuffed Vegetables (Mahashi) Product Line

**We're Hiring: Chef \- Head of Stuffed Vegetables (Mahashi) Product Line** We are looking for a specialized chef to take full ownership of our established Mahashi (stuffed grape leaves and stuffed vegetables) brand, ensuring quality and consistency across every batch. **Nature of the Role:** This is a sensitive department requiring high precision — flavor and texture are affected by subtle details (acidity/lemon ratio, grape leaf quality, rolling and cooking technique), and we need a chef who can lock in these standards and maintain them consistently, day after day. **Responsibilities:** * Full oversight of preparation and cooking for all Mahashi products (grape leaves, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, etc.) * Ensure strict adherence to the approved recipe and SOP for each product * Control quality of key ingredients (lemon/acidity, grape leaf quality) to maintain consistent flavor across batches * Train the department team on standardized methods and monitor compliance * Identify and correct any deviation in taste or texture before the product reaches the customer * Coordinate with the Quality department to ensure food safety compliance **Requirements:** * Proven experience in Arabic cuisine, especially stuffed vegetable dishes * Deep understanding of what it takes to lock in flavor and texture at production scale (not home cooking) * Prior experience developing or applying approved SOPs and recipes * High attention to detail and ability to train and manage a team * Ability to maintain consistent quality under daily production pressure Work Location: In person
