As a ROKA CDP, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the ROKA experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including cutting fish, preparing vegetables, and portioning ingredients, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Support the team with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of senior chefs, ensuring all dishes are prepared to brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, while adhering to all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Consistently strive for quality of service and maintain excellence and consistency in the experience delivered to our guests.
