Chef De Partie

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards. • Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely preparation. • Maintain proper food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. • Monitor stock levels, control portions, and minimize food wastage. • Supervise and assist junior kitchen staff when required. • Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of ingredients. • Follow company policies, procedures, and instructions from management. • Must have own valid UAE visa. • Currently based in Dubai, preferably near Dubai Festival City Mall. • Previous relevant kitchen experience is required. • Willingness to learn and develop professionally. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Able to follow instructions and work under the guidance of the Kitchen Manager. • Responsible, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
