Change Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Work Mode: On-site Experience: 8 10 Years Domain: IT Service Management, Change Management & Release Management Job Overview DWT Technology is seeking an experienced Change Manager to govern, coordinate, and oversee changes across city infrastructure and enterprise technology systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITIL Change and Release Management, change impact and risk assessment, deployment coordination, and governance processes. The role requires effective collaboration with technical, project, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure changes are planned, approved, implemented, and documented while minimizing service disruptions. Key Responsibilities • Govern change assessment, approval, and implementation processes. • Manage change planning, scheduling, and deployment across infrastructure and technology systems. • Coordinate release management and deployment activities. • Assess change impact, risk, and operational readiness before implementation. • Drive change enablement while minimizing service disruption. • Coordinate with technical, project, operations, and business stakeholders. • Maintain change records, approval logs, and governance documentation. • Monitor change implementation and support the resolution of related issues. • Ensure change activities follow established ITSM and governance procedures. • 8 10 years of experience in Change Management or IT Service Management (ITSM). • Strong understanding of ITIL Change and Release Management. • Experience managing changes across complex IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. • Knowledge of change impact assessment, risk management, and implementation readiness. • Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Experience maintaining change records, approvals, and governance documentation. • Ability to coordinate change activities across technical, project, operations, and business teams. • Experience in large-scale infrastructure or city-wide programs is preferred. • Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
