**Job Overview:** Responsible for food preparation, event setup, customer service, and teardown to ensure smooth and successful catered events. **Key Responsibilities** * **Event Setup \& Teardown:** Transport, arrange, and set up tables, linens, tableware, buffet stations, and service equipment according to event layouts. Clean, pack, and unload equipment after events. * **Food \& Beverage Service:** Serve food via plated service or manage buffet stations. Replenish food trays, pour beverages, and clear used dishes promptly. * **Basic Food Preparation:** Assist the culinary team with basic food prep (chopping, dressing salads, assembling platters, and portioning items) as needed. * **Cleanliness \& Hygiene:** Maintain a clean work environment, adhere to food safety standards, sanitize prep surfaces, and manage trash disposal. * **Customer Service:** Interact professionally with guests, answer menu questions, accommodate dietary inquiries, and address guest needs efficiently.
