Case Onboarding Analyst

• Manage the onboarding of new minors and beneficiaries, ensuring all required documentation and information are collected and verified • Review case files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements • Coordinate with relationship managers, legal, finance, and operations teams to facilitate case activation and processing • Maintain accurate beneficiary records and ensure timely updates across internal systems • Identify documentation gaps, resolve onboarding issues, and track cases through to completion. • Position Case Onboarding Analyst Experience 3–5 years Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree minimum (Business Administration, Finance, or related field) Industry Background Banking, financial services, wealth management, or trust administration Language Fluent Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency
