Cargo Officer

Job Accountabilities • Process, accept, and release cargo as per operational requirements. • Verify cargo details, documentation and system records for accuracy. • Handle special cargo including DG, pharmaceuticals, perishables and live animals. • Ensure compliance with safety, security, customs and regulatory requirements. • Coordinate with airlines, warehouse, ramp teams and other stakeholders. Skills & Competencies • Good knowledge of cargo operations, safety and security procedures. • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to solve routine issues and escalate when required. • Committed to safety, compliance and service excellence. Education / Qualifications • High School Certificate or Diploma preferred. • Minimum 2 years of airport cargo operations experience. • Basic knowledge of Dangerous Goods and cargo handling procedures. • UAE driving licence and airside permits preferred.
