� Walk-In Interview Location: PACT Employment Services, Derby Office, Office 5, Reem Building, Al Karama, Dubai � Date: 10 & 11 November 2026 (Tuesday & Wednesday) ⏰ Time: 10 A.M – 3 P.M. ✅ Proven experience handling children with behavioral, developmental, or learning challenges ✅ Tagalog speakers preferred ✅ Knowledge or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) ✅ Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) ✅ IBT Certification is an added advantage ✅ Patient, caring, and committed to child development and well-being • Provide daily care and support to children, including feeding, bathing, personal hygiene, and general well-being, while ensuring their safety, protection, and safeguarding remain the highest priority. • Demonstrate the ability to manage behavioral challenges, including emotional distress and behavioral breakdowns, using appropriate, calm, and supportive approaches. Recognize early signs of behavioral or emotional changes and identify situations that may require immediate attention or intervention. • Able to communicate effectively and provide accurate, timely, and real-time updates and feedback to therapists and other healthcare professionals regarding the client's progress, behavior, and overall well-being. • Support children in achieving social, communication, and life skills goals. • Maintain a safe, positive, calm, and peaceful environment for clients, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and emotional security.
