ABA Therapist

The ABA Therapist will deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis interventions under appropriate clinical supervision, supporting clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills. Key Responsibilities • Implement individualized intervention plans developed by the supervising behavior analyst. • Deliver structured and naturalistic sessions tailored to each client s goals. • Support communication, social interaction, independence, and adaptive skill development. • Apply positive reinforcement and approved behavior support strategies. • Collect accurate session data and report progress to the clinical supervisor. • Support families and caregivers in using agreed strategies consistently. • Maintain session records and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. • Follow ethical practice standards and safeguard client dignity and wellbeing.
