Job description

Key Responsibilities 1. Student Engagement & Career Services Coordinate onboarding career activities and student engagement initiatives. Schedule and coordinate career coaching clinics, appointments, and follow-up activities. Organise career workshops, webinars, masterclasses, networking sessions, and employer engagement activities. Support the delivery of career readiness initiatives, including CV reviews, LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation, and career development sessions. Promote career services, opportunities, events, and resources to students. Maintain records of student participation and engagement activities. Track attendance and engagement across career development activities. Assist with the distribution and collection of student surveys and feedback. Advise and support students throughout their Live Business Projects (LBP) and Live Capstone Projects (LCP) 2. Alumni Engagement & Student-Alumni Integration Coordinate Alumni Buddy, MentorMe, and other alumni engagement programmes. Support alumni networking events, webinars, guest speaker sessions, and engagement campaigns. Assist with alumni ambassador and regional alumni chapter activities. Maintain alumni contact records and engagement data. Coordinate communications with alumni through approved channels and platforms. Record and track alumni participation as mentors, speakers, advisors, volunteers, employers, and ambassadors. Support initiatives that strengthen student-alumni connections throughout the student lifecycle. 3. Employer & Industry Engagement Maintain employer, industry partner, and stakeholder databases. Coordinate employer visits, guest lectures, industry panels, company presentations, and networking activities. Promote employment, project, mentoring, and career development opportunities to students and alumni. Support employer engagement campaigns and communications. Assist with the administration of employer surveys and feedback activities. Record employer interactions and engagement activities within institutional systems. Support the coordination of talent pipeline and employer partnership initiatives. 4. Community Engagement & Social Responsibility Coordinate volunteering, social responsibility, and community engagement activities. Support the organization of masterclasses, workshops, community events, and outreach initiatives. Assist with participant registration, attendance tracking, and communications. Maintain records relating to volunteering hours, participation, and community impact activities. 5. Events Coordination Coordinate the planning and delivery of careers, alumni, employer, community, and networking events. Manage event registrations, invitations, attendance tracking, and post-event communications. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding event logistics. Coordinate venue bookings, suppliers, speakers, and event materials where required. Collect and compile event feedback and participation data. 6. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate student, alumni, employer, and stakeholder records within Educore and other institutional systems. Update engagement records, communication logs, attendance records, and activity data. Manage Graduate Destination Survey (GDS+) data collection activities. Assist with data validation and record maintenance. Prepare routine reports relating to participation, engagement, attendance, and stakeholder activities. Ensure compliance with institutional data management and confidentiality requirements. 7. Communications & Marketing Support Prepare and distribute communications to students, alumni, employers, and partners. Support newsletters, promotional campaigns, event communications, and social media activities. Manage the preparation of success stories, testimonials, case studies, and impact reports. Support communication activities related to careers, alumni, employer, and community engagement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification Experience Experience in Higher Education, Student Services, Careers Services, Alumni Relations, Employer Engagement, Events Management, Marketing, or a related field. Experience coordinating events, projects, or stakeholder engagement activities. Experience maintaining databases, records, or CRM systems. Skills & Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Good report preparation and data management skills.
