Position: Cards Acquisition Resource Summary: Supports growth in credit card sales, acquisition, activation, and usage. Focuses on the full customer acquisition journey, sales-funnel improvement, campaign execution, and performance monitoring. Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of card acquisition strategies and targeted sales campaigns. Manage and improve the end-to-end customer acquisition journey. Identify gaps and improvement opportunities across the sales funnel. Monitor campaign and sales performance, including conversion rates, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with sales channels, marketing, operations, and other relevant stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field 5 years of experience in cards sales and acquisition within banking or financial services Strong knowledge of credit card products, sales mechanisms, and the complete customer acquisition journey Experience planning and executing campaigns that drive acquisition, activation, and usage Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
