Car Sales Executive

• Source and purchase used vehicles from individuals, dealers and suppliers. • Identify potential buyers and generate new sales opportunities. • Inspect and evaluate vehicles based on condition, mileage, history and market value. • Negotiate competitive purchase and selling prices to maximise profitability. • Manage customer enquiries, vehicle viewings, test drives and sales follow-ups. • Prepare quotations and coordinate vehicle purchase and sales transactions. • Coordinate vehicle inspections, registration, ownership transfers and RTA procedures. • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and other car dealerships. • Monitor market trends, competitor prices and used vehicle demand. • Maintain accurate records of vehicle purchases, sales and customer transactions. • Achieve assigned monthly vehicle purchase, sales and gross profit targets. • Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily dealership operations. • Minimum Grade 12 qualification; a diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred. • 2–5 years of experience in used car sales and purchasing. • Previous experience in a UAE used car dealership or automotive trading company is preferred. • Good knowledge of used vehicle valuation, pricing and market trends. • Understanding of UAE vehicle registration and ownership transfer procedures. • Strong negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills. • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred. • Verify previous experience in used vehicle purchasing and sales. • Assess knowledge of vehicle valuation and UAE used car market prices. • Conduct a practical buying and selling negotiation role-play. • Evaluate customer handling and knowledge of vehicle transfer procedures.
