CAFM Helpdesk Coordinator

**Job Title:** **CAFM Helpdesk Coordinator** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Industry:** Facilities Management / Maintenance **Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and technically skilled **CAFM Helpdesk Operator** with a solid background to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and managing the CAFM system, generating accurate reports, configuring PPM schedules, and ensuring efficient data management and system performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain the **CAFM system** to support daily facilities management operations * Configure and manage **PPM schedules**, reactive maintenance tasks, and asset data * Generate detailed **analytical reports** on asset performance, work order status, and KPI dashboards * Support the implementation and integration of **CAFM** * Perform regular data audits to ensure system accuracy and completeness * Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting related to CAFM software * Coordinate with FM teams to ensure compliance with service\-level agreements (SLAs) * Maintain documentation and system logs related to work orders and maintenance activities * Support the facilities team with technical related tasks when required. **Qualifications \& Requirements::** * Bachelor’s degree * Minimum **5 years of experience in CAFM operations** within the **GCC region** * Proficiency in **CAFM software** * Strong skills in **data analysis, reporting (Excel, word, PowerPoint , MsO)** * Familiarity with **facility management workflows**, asset lifecycle, and maintenance procedures * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail **Preferred:** * Certification in CAFM/CMMS systems * Experience with CAFM solutions and digitization initiatives Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * how much your current Salary? * how much your salary expectations? * are you available to join immediately? * What is your Notice Period ?
