**Job Title:** CAFM \& Data Analytics Specialist **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Industry:** Facilities Management / Maintenance **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly experienced **CAFM \& Data Analytics Specialist**.. The ideal candidate must hold advanced certifications and bring extensive Gulf region experience in managing large‑scale projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate CAFM systems and ensure accurate data entry. * Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau. * Monitor facility performance metrics and provide insights. * Support management in decision‑making through analytics. * Provide day‑shift coverage and act as reporting owner. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **IT or Information Systems**. * **CAFM Power User certification**. * **Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau**. * Minimum **7 years of experience**, including **3\+ years in the Gulf region**.
