CAFM-SPECIALIST (PM FUNCTIONS)

• Oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and closure of preventive maintenance (PM) work orders within the CAFM system, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. • Develop and refine PM schedules and task lists based on equipment criticality, manufacturer recommendations, and historical data to optimize asset lifespan and minimize downtime. • Manage and maintain the CAFM database for all assets, including detailed specifications, maintenance history, and warranty information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Generate detailed reports on PM performance, asset condition, maintenance costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making. • •5+ years’ experience in Gulf countries, •Diploma in CAFM •Certified CAFM Course •Experience in usage of YARDI/Similar Property Management software mandatory •Basic knowledge of Property Management issues, Mechanical & Electrical building system is highly desirable
