CAFM Engineer

• Develop and maintain the CAFM system to ensure optimal performance and data integrity for facilities management operations. • Configure and customize CAFM modules, including asset management, work order tracking, space planning, and preventive maintenance, to meet organizational needs. • Integrate CAFM software with other business systems (e.g., ERP, BMS) to streamline data flow and enhance operational efficiency. • Provide expert technical support and training to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring effective utilization of the CAFM platform. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in CAFM system administration, implementation, or support. • Proven expertise with leading CAFM software solutions (e.g., Archibus, Tririga, FM:Systems, IBM Maximo). • Strong understanding of facilities management processes, including asset lifecycle, maintenance strategies, and space management.
