Business Lead – Private Banking

**We're Hiring: Business Lead – Private Banking** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time We are seeking an experienced **Business Lead – Private Banking** to drive the growth and transformation of our Private Banking business. The successful candidate will lead strategic initiatives to increase Assets Under Management (AUM), expand investment revenue, and attract high\-net\-worth (HNW) and ultra\-high\-net\-worth (UHNW) clients through international wealth corridors. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the Private Banking growth strategy. * Drive conversion of deposits into investment and advisory solutions. * Increase AUM, investment revenue, and client wallet share. * Build and strengthen wealth propositions across Qatar, Switzerland, and other international booking centers. * Lead client acquisition initiatives across key markets including India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Egypt. * Enhance investment advisory capabilities and product offerings. * Develop Relationship Manager (RM) capabilities through training and coaching. * Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional client experience and digital wealth solutions. * Benchmark market trends and recommend strategic improvements. Requirements * 12\+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, or International Wealth Advisory. * Proven track record in AUM growth and investment revenue generation. * Strong experience working with HNW and UHNW clients. * Excellent knowledge of investment products, portfolio advisory, and wealth management. * Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business development skills. * Based in Qatar. * Fluency in **Arabic and English** is mandatory.
