Business Integration Director

**Company:** Grupo DTX **Job Type:** Full\-time **Job Summary** Grupo DTX is seeking a **Business Integration Director** to lead end\-to\-end operational integration, process alignment, and cross\-functional enterprise transformation. In this executive role, you will bridge strategy and execution—aligning business units, optimizing technology platforms, and driving post\-merger integration (PMI) to accelerate company growth. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Integration:** Plan and execute enterprise integration roadmaps, frameworks, and governance across all business units. * **Process Optimization:** Identify operational synergies, eliminate redundancies, and standardize cross\-functional workflows (Operations, IT, HR, Finance). * **Change Leadership:** Drive organizational change management strategies to align cultures, structures, and teams during transitions. * **Program Management:** Oversee project timelines, integration risks, vendor deliverables, and executive status reporting to C\-suite stakeholders. * **Systems Alignment:** Partner with IT and vendor teams to ensure smooth integration of enterprise systems (ERP/CRM) and data workflows. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Experience:** 8\+ years of progressive leadership in Business Integration, Operations Management, Strategy, or Corporate Development. * **Track Record:** Proven success leading post\-merger integrations (PMI) or enterprise\-scale transformation programs. * **Skills:** Expertise in business process mapping, change management, financial synergy tracking, and executive stakeholder management. * **Tools:** Proficiency in program management software (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and ERP/CRM systems. * **Certifications (Preferred):** PMP, Prosci / CCMP, or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). **Benefits** * Competitive executive salary with performance bonuses * Comprehensive health/medical benefits package * Flexible / Hybrid work arrangement * Executive professional development and career progression الراتب المدفوع: KWD١٬٤٥٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
