Business Developer

**Job description:** \-Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. \- Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and potential brands interested in influencer marketing. \-Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. \-Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. \-Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and legal guidelines. \-Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client interactions. \-Provide professional after\-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long\-term partnerships. \-Collaborate with internal teams (Operations – Community – Finance) to ensure proper execution of campaigns. \-Stay informed about influencer marketing trends to communicate effectively with clients. \-Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. \-Assist in developing an annual Corporate Business Development plan in alignment with the approved corporate long\-term strategy **Requirements:** * Previous experience in sales (marketing/advertising background is a plus) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Target\-driven and self\-motivated personality * Knowledge of the Kuwaiti market is preferred * Arabic fluency is required; English is a plus Pay: From KD500\.000 per month Work Location: In person
