Business Development Officer

**Key Requirements** \- 3–5 years of business development experience in GCC and manpower recruitment agency related experience will be an advantage. \- Qatar market experience is highly preferred. \- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets. \- Strong business network with companies across various industries in the UAE. \- Excellent knowledge of the UAE recruitment market, manpower outsourcing, and staffing solutions. \- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. \- Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful partnerships. \- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred. \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
