we are hiring business devolvement – MEP & Fit-Out | Riyadh BuenaVista Solutions is a new Riyadh contractor delivering MEP installation and interior fit-out execution for main contractors, building owners, and tenants. We're hiring our first Sales Engineer to build the pipeline from the ground up. What you'll do Find and qualify projects around Riyadh with main contractors, consultants, owners, and tenants Get BuenaVista prequalified and registered on vendor lists Read drawings and BOQs, run site visits, and prepare quotations with the technical team Follow up on tenders, negotiate, and close Hand over won projects cleanly to execution and keep the client relationship What we are looking for Required • At least 2 to 5 years in sales or business development for construction, MEP or fit-out in Saudi Arabia, with at least part of that in Riyadh • Named projects you sourced or closed, with approximate contract values, which you can discuss at interview and we can verify through references • Currently resident in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama • Valid Saudi driving license; this role is on the road most days • Working Arabic and English, spoken and written Preferred • Engineering degree or technical background in MEP • Experience with vendor registration and prequalification at Riyadh developers or main contractors • Experience selling BMS, low-current or fire-fighting systems • Saudi Council of Engineers membership Compensation and benefits • Fixed monthly salary depending on experience • Commission on projects you bring in, under a written plan agreed before you start • Medical insurance, annual leave and end-of-service benefits under the Saudi Labor Law • Iqama and work-permit fees paid by the company
