Business Development Manager

• Drive business development and sales opportunities across marine, offshore, ship repair and technical services. • Develop and maintain relationships with vessel owners, ship managers, agents, ports, contractors and key industry clients. • Manage the sales pipeline through CRM, including leads, opportunities, proposals, follow-ups and commercial negotiations through to closure. • Marine industry experience within the GCC is highly preferred, with an established regional network considered a strong advantage. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry. • Certifications in sales or marketing methodologies (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are highly desirable. • Experience in the technology or finance sector is preferred, showcasing adaptability to diverse environments.
