Business Analyst – Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)

**We're Hiring \| Business Analyst – Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)** **Location:** Doha, Qatar We are looking for an experienced **Business Analyst – Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)** to support the design and implementation of the bank's FTP transformation agenda. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Global Markets teams to enhance profitability frameworks, liquidity pricing, and balance sheet management. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Analyze FTP methodologies, pricing structures, and profitability allocation models. ✔ Support the redesign of funding curves, liquidity pricing models, and transfer pricing frameworks. ✔ Conduct profitability and RAROC analysis to support business decision\-making. ✔ Gather business requirements and coordinate with Technology teams on system enhancements. ✔ Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics. ✔ Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support transformation initiatives. Requirements: ✅ 7–10 years of banking experience in Treasury, Finance, ALM, FTP, Risk Analytics, Business Analysis, or Performance Management. ✅ Strong understanding of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Treasury, balance sheet management, and profitability frameworks. ✅ Excellent analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and communication skills. ✅ Based in Qatar. ✅ **Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.** Work Location: In person
