Job description
We are seeking skilled and dedicated BIM & CAD Professionals to join our team across multiple engineering and architectural disciplines. We have openings for specialized roles ranging from building systems to large-scale infrastructure projects.
Core Responsibilities (All Roles)
• Model & Drawing Production: Author high-quality 3D BIM models and extract accurate 2D drawings/construction documentation in accordance with project LOD requirements.
• Coordination & Clash Detection: Actively participate in interdisciplinary BIM coordination, run clash checks, and resolve spatial conflicts.
• Standards & Compliance: Adhere strictly to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), layer standards, and file management protocols within the CDE (Common Data Environment).
• Data & Quantity Extraction: Assist in extracting schedules, material quantities, and model data for project estimates and site execution.
Discipline-Specific Roles & Responsibilities
1. Architectural & Landscape
• BIM Architect: Develop architectural 3D models (massing, facades, internal layouts, detailed finishes) and coordinate spatial integration with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Architectural BIM Engineer: Focus on technical architectural details, build complex parametric families, generate construction details, and ensure code compliance in models.
• Landscape BIM Architect: Model exterior site features, hardscapes, softscapes, topographies, and site lighting; integrate site models with main building architecture and infrastructure.
• Landscape Architect CAD: Draft high-precision 2D CAD layouts, grading plans, planting plans, and hardscape details to support the landscape design team.
2. Engineering & MEP
• Structural BIM Engineer: Model structural elements (concrete, steel, foundations, rebar details) and perform structural clash mitigation with MEP and Architectural systems.
• MEP BIM Engineer: Design and model mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP/HVAC) routing, pipework, and containment systems while maintaining serviceability and maintenance clearances.
3. Infrastructure & Utilities
• Infrastructure BIM Engineer (Roads & Bridges): Create 3D alignment, grading, road corridor, and bridge models; manage dynamic surfaces and profile views using infrastructure BIM software.
• Infrastructure CAD/BIM Engineer (Wet Utilities): Model wet utility networks (stormwater, sewerage, water supply, drainage networks), handle pipe network profiles, and run underground utility clash detection.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Software Expertise by Discipline:
• Architecture & Structure: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC.
• Landscape: Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC, Rhino (optional).
• Infrastructure & Wet Utilities: Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, Infraworks, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, OpenRoads / OpenBridge (optional).
• MEP: Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC.
• Standards: Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and general BIM protocols.
