Your Responsibilities:
• BIM Modeling & Integration: Develop high-accuracy 3D elevator and escalator equipment models using Autodesk Revit based on sold equipment specifications.
• Clash Detection & Coordination: Evaluate customer-provided IFC architectural/structural models against our equipment models. Run spatial coordination checks to identify and resolve clashes.
• Site Cooperation: Coordinate directly with site engineers to align model data with real-world site conditions, structural constraints, and civil openings.
• 2D Documentation (BIM-derived): Extract and generate final, precise 2D construction and installation drawings directly from the finalized 3D Revit models.
• AutoCAD Standard Workflows: Maintain continuous, daily execution of 2D layout creation and technical drawing modifications in AutoCAD for non-BIM related works/projects.

Your Background:
• Core Knowledge: Strong, practical elevators and escalators knowledge, including structural clearances, shaft requirements, and mechanical/electrical connection points.
• BIM Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of continuous, hands-on 3D modeling experience using Autodesk Revit.
• Specialized Frameworks: Essential prior experience working with vertical transportation equipment within a BIM environment.
• CAD Software: Advanced, continuous operational proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and layout design.
• Model Management: Strong understanding of IFC file structures, cross-platform model sharing, and collaborative spatial coordination work.
• Process Oriented: Methodical approach to handling engineering modifications, checking data compliance, and managing version control.
• Team Worker : Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to seamlessly work alongside site engineers, project managers, and client design teams.
• High Efficient: Exceptionally organized and driven to deliver highly accurate drafts under tight project deadlines.
• Willing to Learn: Adaptable and eager to continuously keep pace with updated BIM standards, software extensions, and product specifications.
• High Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written capabilities to translate technical spatial issues into clear solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Sharp analytical mindset to proactively spot overlapping elements or structural inconsistencies before they affect physical installation.
• Minimum of a Technical Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a highly related technical drafting discipline
