BIM Coordinator

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration and design consistency. • Perform clash detection, identify coordination issues, and follow up with relevant discipline teams to ensure timely resolution. • Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and established BIM standards. • Manage model federation, coordination meetings, and clash detection reports throughout the design stages. • Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project protocols, naming conventions, and information exchange requirements. • Coordinate with design engineers, BIM modelers, discipline leads, and project managers to resolve technical and modeling issues. • Monitor model progress and ensure timely delivery of BIM models and associated documentation. • Support the implementation of BIM workflows, quality control procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. • Master s degree preferred. • Minimum 8 10 years of design experience using BIM. • Experience on mega projects (airports, railways, infrastructure, high-rise, mixed-use developments). • Strong knowledge of: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, Primavera P6 (integration with 4D). • Cost control systems (5D BIM integration). • Deep understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards. • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. • Master s degree preferred. • Minimum 8 10 years of design experience using BIM. • Experience on mega projects (airports, railways, infrastructure, high-rise, mixed-use developments). • Strong knowledge of: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, Primavera P6 (integration with 4D). • Cost control systems (5D BIM integration). • Deep understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards.
