Job Description
We are a recruitment consultancy hiring experienced Bartenders currently working in the UAE for
hospitality clients in Malta.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers and other beverages to recipe and
presentation standards
• Provide friendly, professional guest service and recommend drinks
• Handle orders, billing and POS transactions accurately
• Keep the bar clean, stocked and organised at all times
• Follow food safety, hygiene and responsible alcohol service standards
• Monitor stock levels and support bar inventory
• Currently working as a Bartender in the UAE
• Minimum [2] years of bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar or lounge
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and mixology
• Good spoken English
• Valid passport
• Willing to relocate to Malta
