Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring excellent customer service. Check on guests during their meals and respond to requests or concerns. Prepare tables before service and clean tables after guests leave. Process bills and handle payments when required. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. Follow food safety and company service standards. Work closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
