Barista

**Job Summary:** We’re looking for a passionate and customer\-focused **Barista** to join our team. As a barista, you’ll be the face of our café — preparing high\-quality coffee and beverages, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest, and ensuring top\-tier service at all times. **Key Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of coffee beans, calibrating coffee, cold brew \& V60\. * Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items. * Preparing ice creams (Turkish ice cream \& Soft Serve ice cream) and other desserts and dealing with chocolate. * Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent service. * Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. * Take customer orders accurately and process payments. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas. * Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels. * Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. * Basic English communication skills (additional languages are a plus). **Requirements:** Must have valid IDs, Work permit and Transferable visa.
