We value craftsmanship, consistency, and genuine hospitality. Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and customer\-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages while delivering excellent service and maintaining Jebla’s quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and serve coffee, espresso\-based drinks, and other beverages according to Jebla Coffee Roasters’ recipes and standards * Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently and safely * Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service * Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items when needed * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas * Handle cash, POS systems, and daily transactions accurately * Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times * Assist with stock management, restocking, and basic inventory checks * Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements \& Qualifications * Previous experience as a barista or in a café environment (preferred but not mandatory) * Knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, and milk texturing is an advantage * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays * Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus) Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
