Banquet Supervisor

What you will do: • Supervise and coordinate banquet operations to ensure flawless execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events. • Lead, motivate, and support the banquet team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. • Oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure all requirements and brand standards are met. • Act as the primary point of contact during events, resolving guest requests and operational challenges efficiently. • Monitor service quality and maintain exceptional standards throughout all functions. • Support onboarding, training, and development of banquet team members. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
