**Executive Summary** Haris Cars is bringing on an **Automotive Sales \& Inventory Manager** to lead dealership operations out of our main Barka showroom (Building 201, Al Naseem Street). Offering a monthly salary of **OMR 1,400**, this leadership position bridges commercial sales target management with full vehicle inventory lifecycle control. **Primary Scope \& Operations** * **Commercial Sales Steering:** Drive floor sales targets, manage vehicle pricing/margin strategies, and direct the sales consulting team to maximize vehicle turnaround. * **Inventory \& Acquisition:** Oversee incoming showroom stock, coordinate vehicle inspections, manage trade\-in valuations, and balance popular models against local market demand in Barka. * **Showroom Presentation:** Maintain high presentation standards for all floor models, test\-drive units, and digital listing media. * **Logistics \& Title Processing:** Partner with local Omani transport authorities to streamline vehicle registration, clearance paperwork, and customer handover documentation. * **Customer Relationship Management:** Resolve elevated buyer inquiries, oversee warranty/after\-sales coordination, and build repeat client relationships across the South Batinah region. **Candidate Profile** * **Field Experience:** 4\+ years in automotive dealership management, auto inventory control, or commercial vehicle sales supervision. * **Industry Knowledge:** Deep familiarity with Omani used/new automotive market pricing, vehicle inspection standards, and local buyer trends. * **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to coach sales staff, negotiate high\-value vehicle deals, and manage multi\-unit stockyards efficiently. * **Language Proficiency:** Fluent English is mandatory; conversational/professional Arabic is heavily preferred for direct customer negotiation. * **Location:** Currently residing in Oman with capability to work full\-time on\-site in Barka. **Submission** To apply, forward an updated CV highlighting relevant dealership sales metrics, inventory management background, and current Omani residence status. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٤٠٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
