Automotive Regional Sales Manager **Company:** Hozon Auto **Location:** Muscat, Muscat Governorate, Oman **Area:** Al Ghubra Industrial **Salary:** OMR 1,950 per month **Job Type:** Full\-time Job Overview Hozon Auto is seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Automotive Regional Sales Manager** to lead sales activities and expand market presence across the assigned region. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, manage dealer and customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong brand and customer\-service standards. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute regional automotive sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets. * Manage relationships with dealerships, distributors, fleet customers, and other key business partners. * Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share. * Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when required. * Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales teams and dealer sales personnel. * Monitor automotive market trends, competitor activity, customer preferences, and pricing developments. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts. * Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, sales events, and dealer activities. * Analyze sales reports, forecasts, inventory levels, and regional performance indicators. * Work closely with marketing, product, after\-sales, logistics, and finance teams to support sales objectives. * Ensure dealers and sales partners maintain appropriate product knowledge and customer\-service standards. * Negotiate commercial agreements, sales programs, and business terms with authorized partners. * Prepare regular sales forecasts, market reports, and performance presentations for senior management. * Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall sales experience. * Ensure regional sales activities comply with company policies and applicable automotive regulations. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field. * Proven experience in automotive sales, regional sales management, dealership management, or a similar leadership role. * Strong understanding of automotive markets, dealership operations, distribution channels, and sales processes. * Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship\-management skills. * Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities. * Ability to develop effective sales strategies based on market and customer data. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required. * Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. * Experience with electric vehicles or emerging automotive technologies is highly desirable.
