Automotive Mechanic / Assistant Mechanic Company: Alpha Auto LLC Location: Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: AED 1,500 – AED 2,200 per month, depending on experience and technical skills Position Overview Alpha Auto LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive Mechanic / Assistant Mechanic to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will assist in the inspection, maintenance, servicing, and repair of vehicles while ensuring all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. We welcome applications from experienced mechanics as well as motivated junior candidates with basic automotive knowledge who are eager to develop their technical skills through hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities • Carry out and assist with routine vehicle servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs. • Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical faults and potential maintenance requirements. • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment. • Perform basic maintenance tasks including oil and filter changes, brake servicing, battery checks, and component replacement. • Assist with the removal, installation, adjustment, and replacement of mechanical and automotive components. • Follow technical instructions and ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently. • Conduct basic quality checks after maintenance and repair work. • Maintain proper care and safe use of workshop tools, equipment, and machinery. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. • Follow all company procedures, workshop safety standards, and UAE health and safety requirements. • Work closely with senior mechanics and workshop staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements • Previous experience as an Automotive Mechanic or Assistant Mechanic is preferred. • Basic understanding of vehicle mechanical systems and maintenance procedures. • Knowledge of common automotive tools, equipment, and workshop practices. • Basic diagnostic knowledge is an advantage. • Ability to follow technical instructions and work with attention to detail. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
