Assistant Manager JOP (Mollak) & RERA Escrow Audits

Audit & Assurance Department Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Description: We are seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Auditor specialized in Joint Owned Property (JOP) accounts and RERA Escrow Audits. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing financial records of owners' associations, reviewing service charge budgets, and ensuring strict adherence to the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) regulations via the Mollak system. Apply Now Qualifications : - Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance. - Minimum of 3 5 years of auditing experience in the UAE, with a strong focus on JOP and RERA audits. - Thorough understanding of Dubai real estate laws, financial regulations, and DLD compliance frameworks. - CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Arabic proficiency is a major advantage.
