Assistant Manager HR

• Lead the overall restructuring, modernization, and transformation of the existing HR function. • Review current HR practices, identify operational gaps, and implement process improvements. • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive HR policies, SOPs, workflows, and process manuals. • Lead HRMS implementation, automation, and integration with attendance, payroll, finance, and employee self-service systems. • Establish standardized employee lifecycle processes covering recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, performance management, and separation. • Develop and implement a structured Performance Management System (PMS), including KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal frameworks. • Strengthen HR governance, statutory compliance, documentation, and internal audit mechanisms. • Streamline manpower planning, recruitment strategies, workforce allocation, and organizational structures. • Establish HR dashboards, MIS reports, and measurable HR performance indicators. • Improve payroll coordination, attendance, leave, overtime, and employee data management. • Lead employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations. • Identify opportunities for process automation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. • Coordinate with department heads, Finance, IT, and senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives. • Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of newly implemented HR systems and processes. • Monitor HR deliverables, evaluate implementation effectiveness, and continuously improve HR service delivery. 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital, multispecialty clinic, or healthcare organization, with hands-on exposure to HR operations, process restructuring, HRMS implementation, and policy development.
