Assistant Manager - Finance (MIS)

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting. • Generate accurate and timely management information reports (MIS) for various business units, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs). • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. • Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and ensure the integrity and consistency of reported information. • Streamline and automate financial reporting processes using advanced analytical tools and software. • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. • Support the finance team in ad-hoc financial analysis and project-based assignments. • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements. • Act as a key liaison between the finance department and other operational teams for financial data integration. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, or a similar finance role. • Proven expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau). • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
