Assistant Manager — Dental Operations

• Internal documents Prepare, organise and archive company documents: contracts, agreements, invoices, quotations, registration and regulatory files, board and management records. Build and maintain a clear filing system and track expiry and renewal dates. Logistics Arrange shipments between China, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and other markets. Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers and customs brokers; track orders from purchase to delivery; prepare shipping and customs documents. Supplier communication Be the daily contact for manufacturers and suppliers: request quotations, follow up on orders, samples, lead times and quality issues; keep a supplier contact list and order log up to date. Management support Prepare short reports, trackers and follow-up lists for the CEO; coordinate between the group companies and teams; make sure agreed tasks are completed on time. • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field. • 2–4 years in an administrative, coordination or operations role; dental, medical devices or trading experience is a strong plus. • Fluent English, written and spoken; Arabic is a strong plus. Chinese is an advantage. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfortable using AI tools. • Basic knowledge of import/export, shipping terms (Incoterms) and customs documents. • Professional, clear written communication with international suppliers. • Able to handle several companies and tasks at once, and to keep information confidential.
