Assistant Accountant Company: Alpha Auto LLC Location: Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience About the Role Alpha Auto LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and providing professional communication with customers. Key Responsibilities • Assist with daily accounting and financial transactions. • Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents. • Record and organize financial data and supporting documents. • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. • Follow up with customers regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. • Communicate professionally with customers and respond to basic accounting-related inquiries. • Assist with bank and account reconciliations. • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records. • Support the Senior Accountant/Finance Team with daily accounting tasks. • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required. Salary & Benefits • AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. • Full-time employment. • Training and learning opportunities. • Additional benefits as per UAE labor regulations and company policy Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Good command of written and spoken English. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Basic knowledge of accounting principles. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office. • Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is an advantage. • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
