Accounts Assistant UAE Job Title: Accounts Assistant Location: UAE , Ras Al-Khaimah Experience: 2 years+ Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance Joining: Immediate joiners preferred industry- Any manufacturing About the Role We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance department with daily accounting activities. This opportunity is ideal candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have basic accounting knowledge and are eager to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Assist with payroll preparation and salary record maintenance. Record and maintain credit card expenses. Handle petty cash entries and reconciliation. Pass daily accounting entries in the system. Maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents. Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking. Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Honest, organized, and willing to learn. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
