Architectural Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Architectural Engineer** to join our team and oversee architectural and interior fit\-out works across ongoing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate all architectural and interior fit\-out works at project sites. * Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals. * Coordinate architectural works with MEP, civil, structural, and other project disciplines. * Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams. * Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials, and finishing quality. * Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards. * Attend inspections and coordinate approvals with consultants and relevant authorities. * Identify technical and site\-related issues and ensure timely resolution. * Monitor project schedules and support the timely completion of works. * Coordinate snagging, rectification, testing, and final handover activities. * Prepare progress reports and maintain proper project documentation. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in **Architecture or Architectural Engineering**. * Proven professional experience in **interior fit\-out and construction projects**. * Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, wall finishes, and related interior works. * Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documentation. * Strong site coordination and project management skills. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * **Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.** **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Candidates with strong architectural and interior fit\-out experience will be given preference.** Work Location: In person
