Job Title : BIM Modeler (Architectural Interior Fit-Out) Company: RITS Qatar (Ruby Information Technology Solutions) Location: Doha, Qatar Job Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate Job Overview: RITS Qatar is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler (Architectural) with experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, producing shop drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery as per client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and interior fit-out projects. Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and construction documentation. Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for clash detection and resolution. Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and timelines. Update and revise models based on design changes and site requirements. Support project teams with quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation when required. Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical inputs. Preferred: Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum 3+ years of total experience, including at least 2+ years of GCC experience. Proven experience in architectural BIM modeling and interior fit-out projects. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory. Experience in Navisworks for clash detection is an advantage. Strong understanding of interior detailing and fit-out execution. Knowledge of LOD standards (preferably up to LOD 400). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
