Architectural Draftsman

• Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations and technical drawings using AutoCAD. • Prepare drawings and documentation for new retail outlet approvals and existing outlet renewals. Revise drawings based on authority comments and site requirements. • Prepare as-built drawings and update existing layouts. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, landlords and relevant authorities. • Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP requirements. • Maintain proper records of approved drawings and submissions. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field. • 3–5 years of UAE experience in architectural drafting. • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD. • Experience in UAE authority approvals and submission procedures. • Retail fit-out or commercial project experience preferred. • Knowledge of as-built drawings and MEP coordination. • Good communication and coordination skills..
