Architect

Responsibilities: • Prepare or supervise the preparation of drawings, specifications and other construction documents as per Project plan. • To carry out QA/ QC checks, follow project-based communication protocols & supporting Senior Architect/Project Manager in fulfilling the departmental objectives. • Ensure quality objectives of the department and its proper implementation. • To document any customer complaints and take actions to ensure that they are effectively closed as per Customer Complaint Handling process. • Awareness of Objective, IMS Policies (including ISMS, Sustainability, Energy Management, etc), benefits of following the established Management system as well and implication if not complying with the requirements. • Awareness of the Significant Environmental Aspects and work related Occupational Hazards • Incident Reporting to OHS team in case of any incidents. • Engaging and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness and improvement of the Management systems • Recording and reporting information security incidents • Ensuring and maintain Information security management system are followed in projects. • Awareness & understanding of NDA requirements, where applicable signed and records maintained for all parties in the project. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge. • Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial or residential projects. • Proven expertise in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, demonstrating technical proficiency in architectural design. • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects that reflect creativity and technical skill. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with diverse teams. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. • Proficiency in sustainable design practices and knowledge of green building certifications like LEED. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and ensure project feasibility. • Fluent in English with additional language skills considered an asset, enhancing communication with international clients. • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth in the architectural field.
