Architect – FF&E (Materials)

Job purpose: Manage furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) selection, material coordination and technical documentation for fit-out and interior projects. Key responsibilities • Develop FF&E schedules, material specifications and selection documentation. • Prepare material boards, samples, finishes schedules and technical submittals. • Coordinate with designers, procurement, suppliers, consultants and site teams. • Review samples, technical data sheets, compliance and approved specifications. • Track material approvals, procurement lead times and delivery requirements. • Ensure selected products meet design intent, budget and project specifications. • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related discipline. • At least 8 years of relevant FF&E, fit-out or materials experience. • Knowledge of finishes, furniture specifications, materials and supplier coordination. • UAE/GCC fit-out experience preferred.
