• Engage customers in Arabic, building rapport and understanding their needs to offer tailored product solutions. • Expertly present and demonstrate product features and benefits, highlighting how they solve customer challenges. • Drive sales by actively upselling and cross-selling complementary products to maximize customer value. • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product catalog and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. • Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written, is mandatory for effective customer communication. • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is advantageous. • Proven track record in retail sales, ideally within fashion, luxury goods, or consumer electronics. • Minimum of 2-3 years of direct customer-facing sales experience.
