• Review of applicable contractual requirements (technical codes & standards, specifications, etc.)
• Definition and review of Quality Plan/ITP and the relevant procedures.
• Review and validation of inspection assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedule, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)
• Definition of TÜV Rheinland interventions.
• For inspections, coordinate with customer and vendor/contractor to ensure job schedule per customer NOI.
• Selection of the most appropriate inspection techniques.
• Execution of inspection according to predefined Quality Plan/ITP, FAT procedure and to the established inspection procedures / techniques/ drawings/ data sheets as applicable.
• Prepare and share IR/FAT reports/IRN, along with applicable support documents, to Inspection coordinator/ team lead.
• Prepare and issue of NCR, if any non-conformance observed.
• Conduct thorough inspections of API endpoints, validating their functionality, performance, and security posture.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure APIs meet specified requirements and deliver expected results.
• Identify and document defects, providing detailed reports with clear steps to reproduce and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve API issues, offering insightful analysis and recommendations.
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Metallurgy/Mechanical/equivalent) or an approved equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experience in inspection, testing and QA/QC/ 3 years experience after relevant certification- mandatory
• Holder of CSWIP 3.2.2 - mandatory
• Plant inspection certifications, like API 510, API 570, API653, etc. - mandatory
• ASNT Level II in RT, UT, PT, MPT & VT- mandatory
• Conversant with relevant international codes and standards – mandatory
• Basic knowledge in Computer applications- mandatory
• Trained as QMS Lead auditor per ISO 9001 - preferred
• Worked with organization(s) certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17020, ISO 45001- preferred
• Worked with Third Party Inspection Company- preferred
