• Conduct inspections in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Verify compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.
• Review material receiving inspection reports and certificates.
• Prepare and maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective actions.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and client inspection teams.
• Witness testing, calibration, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all instrumentation works are completed according to approved procedures and quality requirements.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Valid certification as a QC Inspector from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Certifications such as CompEx, ATEX, ISA, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards including IEC, ISA, API, ISO, and project specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and inspection accuracy.
• Good technical reporting and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance. Experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in instrumentation quality control and inspection within the oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, or industrial construction sectors.
• Experience in EPC projects, plant construction, shutdowns, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Proven experience in inspection of instrumentation installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning activities.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and inspection procedures.
