AMI technician -Supervisor

• Lead and mentor a team of AMI technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols. • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems, including meters, communication networks, and head-end systems. • Develop and implement efficient work schedules and resource allocation to meet project deadlines and operational demands. • Conduct regular quality control checks and site inspections to ensure work is performed to industry standards and company policies. • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree in electronics, telecommunications, or a related field is highly preferred. • Hold relevant certifications such as Certified Meter Technician (CMT) or CompTIA Network+. • Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in AMI deployment, maintenance, or supervision within the utility sector. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and installation manuals.
